By "programming" one another to draw pictures, students will begin to understand what programming is really about.

Sphero Lessons:
Program a square.
Write a macro to make Sphero to move in the shape of a square, using the Macro Lab application.
Technology Lessons:

Click on the link, and follow the directions.
Wake County Email Access Instructions.
Your password is the same as your Google Account (the username on the back of your tablet), and your password is your lunch number, unless you have accessed your email before and changed it.
If you changed it before, and can't remember it, let me know, and I will have it reset. If you have changed it to something other than your lunch number, then you need to change it back to your lunch number.
If this is your first time accessing your email, you will be required to change your password. Pick a new password, and write it down on the card you were given.
Later in class, you will change your password back to your lunch number, so just hang on to the card.

Code.org Account Set Up
Create a student account on Code.org.
Use your Wake County Schools ID, or any other account you want to create your code.org account. If you already have an account that you have used before, you can use that one.
For your display name, type your last name first, and your first name last, separated by a comma.
You will need to enter the access code for your class, which I will provide for you.
